ABACUS : the HUG Newsletter
Unfortunately we had to cease publication of Abacus in 1994 due to financial constraints, as explained under HUG History. But in its day it was a useful and authoritative magazine for Helix users, each issue typically 16-20 pages.
Articles were contributed by members, and it was professionally designed and printed. We still have back copies of some issues, which are available free to members. An index to all the articles is published here in two forms:
Eventually the articles that are still relevant might be made available to members on-line, probably as Adobe Acrobat .PDF files. Please let us know what you think about this.
Technical Note: The Abacus information is stored in a Helix database. Using database publishing techniques it has been dumped (exported) as complete HTML code for direct incorporation in these pages without further modification.
